Session focus & accountability.
Each Wayfinder Session addresses one problem. Your session includes a single accountability check-in — I’ll reach out once to see how you’re progressing. Beyond that one check-in, ongoing follow-up is your responsibility; I won’t chase.

Introduction protocol.
If I make a strategic introduction, you agree to contact that person within 24 hours. You’re not obligated to meet or work with them — only to make contact. The intro is a door; opening it is your job.

Recording, privacy & confidentiality.
Sessions are recorded for quality and reference. Everything discussed remains private and confidential. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared.

Content & marketing rights.
I reserve the right to draw inspiration from sessions to create marketing and educational content. Your privacy and anonymity will always be preserved — no identifying details will ever be used.

Hold harmless / indemnity.
Wayfinder Sessions provide strategic guidance and perspective, not professional legal, financial, tax, or other licensed advice. All decisions and their outcomes are your own. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ali J. Taylor and Wisdom+Wayfinder from any claims, losses, or damages arising from actions taken based on the session.
